Noise Source

At a manufacturing plant, there was teleconferencing /meeting room situated inside a middle of cigarette production hall surrounded by machineries.

Problem

The executives involved inside official meeting & teleconferencing were getting disturbed by the annoying noise of surrounding machineries and the noise levels of 70-75 dB were recorded inside the room. The voice transmission was not clear and the noise levels interfered with their communications.

Solution

Our company (SSE) made sound proofing to the conference room by providing new roof panels comprising of sandwiched acoustical panels with sound absorbent material ,galvanised perforated sheet and sheet steel and providing sound proof windows and acoustic door.

Result

The conference room become quiter with sound levels inside reduced to 55-60dB. Communications inside the room was improved. Teleconferencing voice transmission is restored with clarity.
